Antoinette Dagobert

With two decades of expertise in business development across the luxury, design, and fashion sectors, Antoinette Dagobert is a distinguished professional with a proven track record of driving exponential growth within the Retail & segments – both organic growth and new market expansion for multi-brand, global businesses.

Her tenure includes pivotal roles at Tory Burch, where she spearheaded the brand’s international expansion into the Asian and South American markets, transforming it into a billion-dollar enterprise. Antoinette’s extensive experience extends to over ten years with Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) companies, where she held key positions, including strategic roles at Givenchy Couture in Japan and Kenzo in France. Her deep insights into the competitive landscape of affordable luxury brands are unparalleled.

Antoinette played a critical role at Miller Knoll, where she was at the forefront of shaping the company’s international retail strategy and the implementation of cutting-edge e-commerce practices worldwide. Her expertise is not limited to the luxury sector; she is a seasoned specialist in consumer goods, covering a broad spectrum that includes fashion, accessories, home and technology. Antoinette’s proficiency encompasses sales, business development, marketing, digital and omni-channel strategy, as well as retail and distribution agreements.

In her most recent capacity, Antoinette oversaw the operations of multi-brand retailers globally for MillerKnoll, in addition to overseeing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) stores in Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). She also played a key role in shaping the international retail strategy post-merger integration of Herman Miller and Knoll, Inc. Her visionary leadership and innovative strategies continued to drive success and expansion in these markets, underscoring her integral role in the company’s ongoing growth.

Antoinette is currently head of the Americas for C4 Industries, overseeing the development of Lelievre, Gien and Duvivier canapes French Maisons. She is also a lecturer of “Innovative Business Leadership” at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, NY.

Antoinette holds an M.A. in Fashion, Merchandising, and Finance from the Institute Superieur Textile D’Alsace, Mulhouse, France. In addition, she completed the Young Manager’s Program at the Insead Business School and the Digital Transformation Program at the University of California, Berkeley – Haas School of Business.

Antoinette possesses dual American and French Citizenship and is fluent in English, French, Japanese, German.
