Joe Ireland
Joe Ireland is the co-founder and Creative Director of JD Ireland, one of the area’s most successful design firms. He and his longtime friend Julie Weber launched the studio in 2002 after working with internationally recognized firms, bringing a fresh, down-to-earth approach to the industry. Together, they redefined premium design by delivering imaginative, highly creative work that is sophisticated yet entirely without pretense.
Iantha Carley
Iantha Carley is the founder and owner of Iantha Carley Interiors, a boutique design firm established in 2005 and recognized for its bold, confident use of color and pattern. Raised in a family of artists, Iantha developed an early appreciation for mixing unexpected hues, textures, and prints. Her work has been widely published in The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Home & Design, Business of Home, and Architectural Digest’s AD Pro and Clever, and she is also known for her contributions to numerous charity showhouses.
Melissa Colgan
Melissa Colgan is a successful interior stylist who has worked with leading creative teams and publications, including Martha Stewart, ELLE DECOR, Veranda, and House Beautiful. Her career has taken her around the world to major design shows in Milan, Paris, London, and across the U.S., building deep expertise in fabrics, lighting, furniture, and manufacturing. After relocating from New York City to Washington, DC, she worked with two respected local firms before launching her own practice in 2019. Today, Melissa is known for translating clients’ ideas into distinctive, layered interiors rich in thoughtful detail.
Hadley Keller Lloyd
Hadley is a longtime design writer and editor currently serving as Director of Editorial and Community Engagement at the Design Leadership Network, a community of top interior designers. She is a passionate advocate of design access, craftsmanship, and celebrating creativity and is a frequent speaker at design industry events.
