Anton Mossa, the Head of US Sales for Whistler Leather, will be diving into the difference between aniline and non-aniline leathers, how they are treated in their Italian partner tanneries, and the processes that make some of their most durable leathers, UV Resistant, sea water resistant, water and dirt repellent, resistant to suntan oil and insect repellents.

ANTON MOSSA
With his rich blend of Italian and English heritage, Anton has had a diverse career that began in TV production design and evolved into luxury publishing. His expertise in sales for fabric and wall coverings eventually led him to Whistler Leather, where he significantly expanded their commercial sales in the UK.
In 2020, Anton moved to the DC area and took a brief hiatus to secure his Green Card. By 2022, he embarked on a pivotal role in setting up Whistler Leather’s expansion into the US market.
Now based in McLean, VA, Anton enjoys exploring the local area, traveling both domestically and internationally, and indulging in his passions for culture, design, restaurants, and cooking.
