Fall Market 2025 at the Washington Design Center: A Day of Inspiration and Connection

On September 25, 2025, the Washington Design Center buzzed with energy as the design community came together for our highly anticipated Fall Market. From CEU presentations to vibrant showroom experiences, the day was filled with insightful education, creative inspiration, and meaningful connections.

Designers, industry professionals, and vendors gathered to explore what’s new and next in interiors. The morning kicked off with engaging CEUs including “The Evolution of Modern Design” hosted by AmericanEye, and “Fabric to Frame: The Art of Custom Upholstery” by Century. Guests also enjoyed a dynamic presentation “In The Studio with Backdrop” at Schumacher, showcasing the power of color and creativity in modern design.

Throughout the day, showrooms came alive with beautiful displays, product launches, and curated experiences that celebrated craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless design. From textiles to lighting, upholstery to wallcoverings, there was no shortage of inspiration at every turn.

The energy was palpable — full of warm reunions, collaborative conversations, and, of course, a steady stream of Compass Coffee and sweet bites to fuel the creativity. Thank you to all the designers, partners, and attendees who made this Fall Market a standout moment for the design community.
