The Washington Design Center at Franklin Court is conveniently located in the heart of the downtown Washington, DC business district at the corner of 14th Street, NW and L Street, NW. Our neighborhood is filled with restaurants, hotels, shopping and business services.
The sophisticated and elegant Franklin Court building was designed by the world renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox. The Gold LEED building includes a multi level lobby, sweeping staircase, dramatic water elements, and a two-story glass atrium with granite and marble finishes.

Design professionals and enthusiasts are welcome to browse the Washington Design Center’s many showrooms. Please be advised, although there are no requirements for guest registration, each individual showroom has its own purchasing policies. There are some showrooms in WDC that distribute to interior design trade professionals only. If you are unsure of a showroom’s purchasing policy, please ask a sales representative.
