Opened in the fall of 2021 by industry veterans and husband-and-wife team, Jay and Janine Guerin, RUE IV has quickly become one of the leading destinations in Washington for the A&D community.

RUE IV is home to an exclusive collection of brands, anchored by Fabricut and including Arte, Elitis, Zimmer + Rohde, Innovations, Verellen, Porta Romana, Powell & Bonnell and Marc Phillips, among others.

With an unwavering commitment to stellar customer service and a collaborative approach to design, the team at RUE IV stands ready to champion and support designers, architects, and design students in the DC market and Mid-Atlantic region.

Named for the Guerin’s love of wandering the streets of Paris, and their three-year-old daughter, Ivy, RUE IV is thrilled to be one of the premier agent showrooms in the Washington Design Center.
