Dana's collection for Stroheim includes a sophisticated line of fabrics and wallcoverings that embodies the essence of her joyous design aesthetic. It reflects her keen interest in centuries old traditions, seamlessly woven with what is modern and today.
Ancient ikats, Chinese vases, painterly florals, birds, animal prints, curvaceous ogees and intricate fretwork are rendered in bold strokes and infused with a distinctly American sensibility. Bold colors are daringly mixed with traditional design that has stood the test of time.
Iconic stools from Powell & Bonnell available in the J Lambeth showroom are appropriately understated and suitably luxurious. “Alto”, “Obi” and “Contralto" shown in the picture above are on display now at the Washington Design Center.
The Alto stool is lightweight plated steel stool, finished with topstitched leather seat and backrest.

PURPOSE, PASSION AND CREATIVITY—all are paramount if your dream is to make an authentic impact in the world through any artistic endeavor.
Like Van Gogh, Hartmann & Forbes has discovered and realized their unique point of view. Their purpose is to help the designer of luxury interior spaces create sanctuary through natural design.

This authentic and unique perspective is rooted in Their love of nature and all of its many inspirations. Connecting with the natural world actuates the process of reunification, rebalance and renewal.
This year, Hartmann & Forbes tore down the walls that kept them from fulfilling their purpose. Their focus was on the ideas that truly move them—concepts that propel their artistic expressions.
They refined their collections to reflect this vision. This Spring, you will find an eclectic mixture of coordinated products, adding new colorways, textures and designs to the natural offering. The Hartmann & Forbes team has also spent months conceiving our print Reference Guide Kit for 2016 in an effort to showcase our broadening range of natural products.

Charlotte Moss has created two incredible collections for Fabricut. The second collection debuted only last year in 2015 and is a must see! If you haven't stopped by the J Lambeth showroom in the #WDCDesign Center, make some time and drop in to speak with the wonderful sales associates and have them walk you through the Charlotte Moss collection.
Charlotte’s inspiration for her collection is drawn from antiques, vintage documents, architectural themes and, of course, her garden. Direction and inspiration for the collection was found primarily within her immense anthology of textile documents, items acquired during her travels and images she's captured behind her camera.
Only a few of the images are displayed here, but you can see the entire collection on the Fabricut website by clicking here.
